Insurance
Plans accepted include, but are not limited to, Aetna, Optum, United, Oscar, and Cigna. Please inquire if you’re interested in using insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield plans are not accepted at this time.

Out-of-pocket virtual session
50 minutes — $210 per session
A superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, depending on your insurance plan.

In-home or community-based session
50 minutes — $350 per session in Palm Beach County north of PBI. These sessions are not covered by insurance. An additional fee may apply for locations outside Palm Beach County or south of PBI.

Paperwork and documentation
Requests for paperwork, forms, reports, or letters—including documentation for employers, schools, legal matters, or other third parties—are billed at $210 per hour.

Billing for paperwork and documentation: Time is billed in half-hour increments, with a one-half-hour minimum. Time spent is rounded up to the next half hour.
